Welcome to Skyline Music Lab. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of Skyline Music Lab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Skyline Music Lab is an AI-powered music generation platform that allows users to create original music tracks using artificial intelligence. The service is powered by Apiframe/Suno API. Users can generate tracks by providing text prompts, customize styles, and download the resulting audio files.

3. Plans and Payments

We offer the following plans:

  • Free: 3 generations per day. No payment required.
  • Starter ($4.99/month): 50 generations per month.
  • Creator ($9.99/month): 200 generations per month.
  • Pro ($24.99/month): 1,000 generations per month.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

You own the music tracks you generate using Skyline Music Lab. You have the right to use, distribute, and monetize your creations for personal or commercial purposes. However, we cannot guarantee that generated content is free from any third-party intellectual property claims, as the AI model is trained on existing music data.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Resell or redistribute the Skyline Music Lab service itself (not individual tracks).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the underlying AI model directly.
  • Use automated tools to generate content at scale beyond your plan limits.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skyline Music Lab is provided "as is" and "as available."

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any third-party service disruptions (e.g., Apiframe/Suno API outages).

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Your account is flagged for abusive or fraudulent activity.
  • Required by law or a government request.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any unused generation credits in your plan are non-refundable.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
